has anyone worked as a CARE manager for Senior Bridge?

Specialties Home Health

I got an email from a recruiter for care manager positions with Senior Bridge in my area. I've looked at their website & I think it's something I may be interested in. It's not home health care per se, it is more interviewing and documentation. The point is to prevent hospital re-admissions.

Just wondering if anyone can share personal experience with this kind of thing. Thanks!

Those States are senior bridge's private pay companies. You are wanting to be an Independent NETWORK contractor. Go to google and Google Humana offices for your state and see where the closest office is. Network contractors are ALL OVER THE U.S. People all over the U.S. Have Humana insurance.

You won't be working out of any office.. But Humana like any other insurance company is more popular in some areas more than others

Thanks for the information

You're very welcome

Follow the information I wrote up above in the blog. The cities listed at the bottom of the Seniorbridge.com page are their private pay program. You will notice the last thing written under the cities is " Care Management Network." THATS what I am and what you are wanting.

would someone please pm me regarding a seniorbridge position with Humana. Thank you!

I received your message. It will not let me send you a message. Would you send me your contact info

I am close to signing with an agency and would like info now that I have read some of your posts.

I am also interested in hearing about anyone's experience working with senior bridge directly through Humana not as a contractor nor agency.

Yes, she quoted me exactly $300 and I'm sure it's the same everywhere. The person I contacted was in NYC, I am in CO. I noticed they blocked the name/email of the contact person so I guess that's not allowed here. I'm not used to this site. ...

Don't SIGN! I'm trying to get out of mine now.

How do we contact Care Scout? I googled it but couldn't find anything. Are they nationwide?
