Anyone waiting on Acceptance/Rejection Letter '2012

Published

I am now playing the waiting game. Applied to only 1 school for Spring of 2012, finished my pre-req's with a 3.7 GPA and passed the NLN in the 94 percentile. Now Im waiting to hear whether or not I got in. Advisor said decision would be made middle of this month with letters going out end of this month. These weeks seem to be dragging. I feel confident I got in with my scores but who knows how everyone else did. So there is always that doubt.

Just looking for some company for those playing the waiting game too. :yeah:

I was accepted! I got a phone call tonight but a letter should arrive tomorrow or Wednesday. I am very excited. I know the next few months will be busy getting ready and finding a part time job. I currently do home daycare but that won't work with college classes. I took Medical Terminology in hopes of finding a patient info job at the hospital but not haven't heard back yet. They will probably be hiring in a few months. Here's hoping you get your acceptance letters too!

Congratulations!! I am hoping to make the same announcement in few weeks :) Once again congrats!

I have to wait 2-3 weeks after the deadline. Which is April 1. I was denied by plan A. picked myself up after a 10 min breakdown and went for plan B. Now I wait. Praying that I get in but if I don't. I'm working on plan C and D which is my BSN. So I pray and wait. Praying for the rest of you.

I am waiting for the test results for the LVN program at Downey Adult School. They will be posted on March 7th after 2 pm on their website. Out of a possible 400, they are only accepting 60 students. Those students will be eligible to take the Pre VN course. Only 30 students from that course will be able to take the actual Vocational Nursing Course for a year in length.
