Anyone starting LPN school in September? My first day of class is Sept. 2nd. I have orientation August 18th. I am chomping at the bit! Can't wait to get started. :)
I'll start on Aug 19, at yuba college. (CALIFORNIA)
It will take me 2 yrs to finish the program, I am happy but nervous, I really like everything about nursing but I am afraid I won't make it.
Can everyone say how long it will take you to finish the program, and your location, so we can give tips to each other.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU:yeah: :heartbeat
I thought I would bump this thread...how did everyone end up? I just graduated, yipppee!!!
:ancong!:Dam girl yippie is not the word>you go boo u made it!:urck: I will be starting my second quarter of my LPN program in june and we finish in march 2010:clphnds:. I would love to hear from anyone else that started last year just to know what happened. Also are you guys having trouble finding jobs at all?????
Hi All! Graduate2010 here....Thanks for bumping up this thread.
I started LPN school last September and know we are on summer break. Our program follows the public school schedule since I attend the vocational technical school here in Hampton, Va. Honestly...it's been tough:cry:but I've managed to pass all modes with a A' & B's. For those of you who are reading this thread it's not easy and you do have to study and read on your own and TAKE GOOD NOTES!!. Who said working full time and going to school can't be done...because it can with support and dedication! :yeah:I thought for sure I was back in high school with some of the drama that was going on but you have to stay head strong and remember why you are there. Like I said before we are out for 2 months and return back in August for Level II and I'm so looking forward to it.:wink2:
Anyway, thanks again for bumping this thread and good luck to all of you. Please keep in contact to let us know when you graduate. I will keep you posted while I continue my journey.
Take care,
Stephanie ,SPN:nurse:
