Fruity,

Hi..Nice to see your post again in another thread..besides NVC tracker..hehehe.. I believe this would be best for us now..Canada.. God bless.

hi Dewko,

Yes, its really funny... I am just giving myself other options... its really tiring waiting and waiting and waiting for packet4.... I hope this application would be different:) God Bless:)

flirty,

Yeah, let's give ourselves a break. This move will be fine.We are in control of this app.. But honestly, I still hope and pray for the other one.:D..Hope that comes first before this. Meanwhile, let's be busy with this.God bless.

My supervisor already received the request for reference from SRNA. I mailed my application last week of April..Hope it will be soon to process my application once the documents from my employer is received. :)

My doubt regarding SRNA registration is

1. Can I email the the filled and scanned copy of Registration pack to SRNA (instead of posting through courier, it will take time to reach there)

2. Can my revious employer email the scanned copy of employment verification form through his/her email id (instead of posting through courier, i will take time to reach there)

3. [email protected] is it correct email id to send the documents?

Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association or other CANADIAN NURSES REGULATORY BODIES for that matter does NOT ACCEPT scanned copies of applications, TOR, Verification from Employer or Verification from PRC or other scanned paper works. They are requiring hard and original copies with dry seal and signature from the responsible parties.

Not meeting the standard will result into unsuccesful application.

yes, I sent all my documents October 2008. I just received my letter of approval last week. But I read that it is much better if I have an agency/employer before writing the exam because of difficulty getting a visa etc, please enlighten me. Thanks.

If you find a employer on your own there is no difficulty on getting a work permit, paperwork is easy to complete and all information can be found on the CIC website

Hi Sashi, how long is your eligibility? and may I ask what school are you from?

hi sashi,

wow!your approval took 8 mos?am i right?

hi nursemich, can you clarify what do you mean by how long is my eligibility? =)

hi dewko, yes, 8 months, i almost forgot i filed my application =)

hi, i'm thinking of applying to saskatchewan because i applied to b.c. and they recommended me to take SEC (med-surg). i don't want to take it because of financial reasons. however, in the application form there is the consent to release competent assessment report and i don't know what to do with it since there will be no report on my file. should i just say that i haven't applied to any province? i think the reason that crnbc required me to take sec was because of my transcripts. my classmates in college were approved to take crne in saskatchewan, so i thought maybe they'll approve me too. i'm working for 3 years already in med-surg ward. pls help me.

littlelulu 920,

Right now, SRNA is requiring SEC as of this 2009.

so, why not take SEC because its their requirement.

If you passed your requirement a year earlier, you'll be lucky to not have SRNE.

WHy not take the SEC of BC so you wont be spending another bucks submitting requirements to SRNA.
