I belive IELTS validity is for 2 years. Here I need some clarification.

1. Validity is there at the time of sending documents for eligibility.

2. Documents process takes long time. what happen if it expire before getting eligibility.

3. Validity is available at the time of eligibility, but not at the time of CRNE exam. In this circumstance do I need to write IELTS again.

If IELTS expires before you recieve eligibility I believe you will have to sit it again and get new results forwarded to the college. same will be for work permit etc for CIC as English or French language exam needs to be current not expired

I just received my SRNA eligibility last December 22, 2009. I started processing it in the 2nd week of February. However, I only completed the necessary requirements in March, 2009. So, it took SRNA 8-9months to process my papers.

With regards to your IELTS. If your IELTS is still ok from the time they have validated your IELTS result, then you wouldn't have to take the test again. They would send you a PDF file listing all the documents that they have validated already.
