my friend is also waiting for her application which was lodged last march2009.. according to her, there is a back log due to overwhelming srna application for eligibility.. let's all keep our fingers crossed..

Ive been waiting for 6 months since SRNA received my application, still no checklist received. :(

I'm a Canadian educated and experienced nurse. It took nearly six months for my references and credentials to be verified and I was only moving between provinces and this was before the Colleges became swamped with overseas applicants.

They are slow and very thorough

Has anybody tried SRNA's online application where you just have to upload some documents? Im planning to apply online, but still waiting for my ielts result just to be sure..

The job situation in SK is not so good right now, and chances to be hired as an IEN are close to zero, so no reason to worry about the long assessing time.
