Hi there. Here is a KISS that shows you the calculations. BUT remember you need to know these and not where to go on the web to have it done for you.

The rest of the world's kids know this like the back of their hand. We sadly don't. I've been a nurse ofr 32 years and have thought in metric most of that time. You will too if you want to succeed.

I'm not sure why it isn't opening for you, I just tried it from my post and it opened right up..:(

Try typing it directly into your browser maybe that will work.

If not try to use the Google search engine and search on metric conversions medical. I hope that helps.
