I'm interested in going back to school for LPN, but when I try to find schools in or around the Philadelphia area I keep getting the same answers. Every once in a while I'll come across a new school, so I know some of the sites aren't showing EVERY LPN school. Does anyone know of any??? Please let me know...thanks...
Hey guys..was so happy to come across this thread as im considering going to PIT as well. But the next classes don't start till next January :-( . And any other program ive looked at is too far. So im considering starting the admissions process and waiting, but does anyone know of any other LPN programs in Philadelphia? (easily accessible to public transportation as I am not driving right now)

I just got accepted to Lincoln Technical Institute today and I am excited I start August 8th. I took the Teas Test which only had Reading Comprehension and Math I needed a 54.6% for reading and a 33% for math and I scored an 85.6% on the reading and 88.4 on the math. Good luck to everyone.

Thanks! Its been a very long year. I graduated on this pass thursday. It is definitely a relief to be done but of course its time to worry about the next step, the NCLEX. I am studing a little everyday, hoping to take my test in early December.....Lincoln tech would work out closer, the only downfall is that you wouldnt know where you will have your clinical rotation. I have been here in Phila twice which is good but I also drove to places in New Jersey and once to Atlantic City during the pediatric rotation. There is always someone in the program from Phila so car pooling is also a possibility. I cant complain though. I would definitely keep them as a back up option since there is not a waiting list. I know how the waiting game can get :)
