Anyone from Florida?

Just wondering if anyone on this board is from Florida? If so, what school do you attend and where do you hope to go for Nursing school?

I go to USF in St. Petersburg and I will be applying to the nursing program at the Tampa campus!

CONGRATS on the upcoming birth, how exciting! heheheheh, having a big family is great.

i think she does teach online classes, she is a great lady and a fantastic teacher, she hand held each of us through to make sure we did well.

i forget the name of the lady i had for ethics, i had it way out at the tarpon springs campus. i'd heard she was easy, but um, no she wasn't.

i already applied for the fall, but i get the impression you might get turned down the first few times you apply, because so many people apply. i'll have better chances once i'm done with micro.

Yes, I've heard that you have a better chance of getting in after completing all the pre-reqs. Good luck! I'm also considering doing Morton Plant's EAYL program just to help gain more experience, but I'm not 100% sure on that yet. Right now I've been browsing job postings at hospitals but there really isn't anything that I can apply to because of the BSL certification, and experience needed.
