Anyone else applying to UAB NP program for Summer 2015?

I recently submitted my application to UAB FNP program starting May 2015. Just wondering if anyone else has applied as well?? If so, from which state do you live? I am from NE Florida. I hope to meet/network with other prospective students for this program. Though I'm excited it's an online program, I think I will miss the peer to peer banter! Fingers crossed on acceptance!

*****UPDATE UPDATE*****

Called SON student affairs about the "Needs updated POS" hold.

Received email reply...

"In regards to your voicemail this afternoon, the Program of Study hold has been placed on your account since you will be a new summer 2015 admit. I believe official letters will be going out in the mail soon."

Also I received the email about the background check but the due date says 11/14/2014...

No changes on Blazernet though...

Did you hear that the letters will be mailed next week?

I apologize. I probably didn't mention it in an earlier post. Nothing else has changed; only the holds have been placed. I heard that letters should be mailed next week. Is that correct?

I applied to ACNP and yes I have the holds. Which program did you apply too? Are you currently enrolled at UAB or work there? Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi!! I'm a frequent lurker here and decided to join and post. I'm a current msn student at UAB. I applied for a change of concentration effective spring and my decision was put off to be "judged" with your class. Just wanted to let everyone who is anxiously worrying and waiting that as of tonight when I log in to Blazernet I can see that I have a new advisor assigned but on the front screen it has not updated my specialty. However when I click on future plan of study it does reflect my chosen specialty.

Has anyone called or emailed for an update? Any news on letters?
