Anyone else applying to UAB NP program for Summer 2015?

I recently submitted my application to UAB FNP program starting May 2015. Just wondering if anyone else has applied as well?? If so, from which state do you live? I am from NE Florida. I hope to meet/network with other prospective students for this program. Though I'm excited it's an online program, I think I will miss the peer to peer banter! Fingers crossed on acceptance!

More waiting! I am near Atlanta.

Any already in Blazernet getting the "Needs updated POS" hold...just got this today. Just spoke with student affairs assistant and she can't see it. She said I should call back tomorrow. It's probably nothing.

Hello everyone I checked blazernet and there is no change in my status but I did notice I had four holds on my account and next to the holds it says to contact the school of nursing. I hope this is a good sign and will contact them tomorrow for clarification. I will keep you updated

Hi!! I'm a frequent lurker here and decided to join and post. I'm a current msn student at UAB. I applied for a change of concentration effective spring and my decision was put off to be "judged" with your class. Just wanted to let everyone who is anxiously worrying and waiting that as of tonight when I log in to Blazernet I can see that I have a new advisor assigned but on the front screen it has not updated my specialty. However when I click on future plan of study it does reflect my chosen specialty.

I have a question is everyone in "my uab"or actual Blazernet. Because I can get into my uab but my Blazernet is still saying login failed!!! :cry:

There are few that are in Blazernet because we've taking classes or currently enrolled. Only change I have is the hold message "update POS"

I just called and checked with student affairs... "We will be sending them out the first of next week."

Just wanted to update you all with the info I have. Keep us posted on blazer net changes:)

I tried calling to inquire about the holds but they could not confirm or deny anything. She said the letters would be sent out soon. There is still no change in my blazernet status. I think its still too early....
