Anyone else applying to UAB NP program for Summer 2015?

I recently submitted my application to UAB FNP program starting May 2015. Just wondering if anyone else has applied as well?? If so, from which state do you live? I am from NE Florida. I hope to meet/network with other prospective students for this program. Though I'm excited it's an online program, I think I will miss the peer to peer banter! Fingers crossed on acceptance!

My mail does come until 4 pm and no update to Blazernet!!!! I want some holds on my account :( just wanting to know now and waiting is worse than Christmas as a child. :confused:

FYI.......I know where Meredian is located. I grew up south of Demoplis and Thomasville Alabama!! We would drive there to shop for school. (Just convo to help pass the time.)

You aren't a current student or employee at UAB? Seems like everyone that is, is seeing changes.

I'm excited for those that are seeing changes! I still can't do anything in Blazernet. ?

If it's true that they mailed letters today, those of us that aren't students or employees at UAB may get our letters before we are able to access Blazernet.....

I currently reside in Birmingham, so if they did mail them today, mine should arrive tomorrow. I will keep you updated and let you know when it arrives.

No I currently work at hospital in north ga. I want a glimmer of hope befor the letter arrives. I have so much going on training for the brand new hospital, holidays, teens and a two year old. I need some good news for me. So maybe by Thursday!!!!! I don't think I will be able to be on here TIL it gets here because I am a mess with anxiety which is new for me. I am always cool calm and collective. :woot:

You're not alone with the overwhelming anxiety! Work is crazy, the holidays are busy and my nerves are shot!!! Good luck to everyone:) I live just south of Atlanta so I'm hoping to get mine Wednesday!!

I have to work in the morning; therefore, I will not be able to check the mail until I get off!!!! I know it is going to be a rough day tomorrow. Can you say aggravated and irritated but putting on a great big smile during patient care! lol

According to one of the program directors, letters were mailed out yesterday!!!!

Has anyone that is not a current/former student or employee at UAB had any luck with Blazernet? I'm starting to freak out a little!
