After three long years of all my associate pre-reqs, co-reqs, and bachelor pre-reqs, I am one week away from never taking another non nursing class AGAIN!
I was supposed to start my nursing classes last fall but after some post partum complications I pushed it off a year and did my associate co-reqs/bachelor pre-reqs instead. I literally feel like I have been doing this FOREVER! Acceptance letters are mailed in May so hopefully I have that to look forward to.
Anyone else almost done?! It's been a bigger relief than I expected

Congrats on being almost there! That has to be a relief.
I'm starting nursing school in August, so just one co-req class this summer for me and then it's nursing all the way!

It took me a longer time than anticipated. I went to school after a 10 year break, and I went to a continuation school where I didn't really learn much to begin with, so I had to start in a lot of remedial courses to get to the actual prereqs. Then, once I started getting some steam, I was called up frequently by the military to prepare for deployment (which was eventually cancelled), but the frequent training caused me to drop a whole semester since I'd be gone a whole month. When I started to get back on track, I got diagnosed with liposarcoma, which took me out of school a bit because of, you know, cancer.
I ended up moving to Oregon, and a lot of my prereqs weren't considered transferable, so I had to redo them. After almost three and a half years, I finally finished my "two-year" prerequisites. Last Friday, I interviewed at the only school I applied to, so hopefully all that grueling was worth it!

I was going to go to a private grad school when I moved states, but it didn't work out so I circled back around to doing nursing. I had to wait a year for in state tuition because I could not afford out of state tuition at my local community college. Fast forward another year, and I'm close now to completing all my prereqs and non-nursing classes for my ASN and BSN.
I'm a week and three days away from being done this semester, then applying to the nursing program and hopefully starting the program this fall. It definitely is a huge relief. I can't wait to dig in and get 'er done

Congratulations to you!
I'm two weeks away from being done, too. It's really bittersweet - yeah, it was two years of hard work but it was also so very exciting. :) I'm reading to start nursing school.

After 2 1/2 years, I finished my prereqs last semester. It felt so good to finally be done. I almost started school twice before that, but things kept coming up. I start nursing school in the fall and am so excited. It has all been worth it.

My pre reqs are only taking me a year (two classes per semester, and my summer selection is the same as spring/fall, so I don't have to miss a beat). I am just coming up on finishing my first 2/6 pre reqs and it is seemingly taking forever. I hope the next 8 months fly by. Congrats on being almost done!
