I missed the deadline for the scholarships, I didn't know I had been accepted for fall semester until I received my letter on June 25th or so. I applied for the program last year when they still had the waiting list. My spot was in January '09 but I got bumped up.

Well Congratulations! I am sure you are excited! I am taking the BLS course on July 21 at the school. I havent done my physical yet, but I will soon enough. Did you have to go to the lab for your blood work?

I will also be at orientation and jumpstart. I am going crazy waiting!

What campus did you sign up for?

Yeah it really sucks that they are giving out loans so late. In my opinion I think that it is so people who don't have money have to purchase there books at the school books store. You should see about getting a loan through the school, falcon loan it is called for books.

I too will be starting in August. I am soooo ready! I am planning to go to jumpstart and will also be at Orientation on the 4th.

For those of you who have not gotten there physical yet, someone told me about this place called employ med across from Halifax Hospital that will do physicals for 35 or 40 bucks. They will also do the blood and urine here.
