hmm.. it sounds like fun. i'm about to go into final semester and we never had this. either that or i never heard about it. did they tell you about it in orientation?

It came with a little flyer when we got out 'Welcome to Nursing School' packet. They mentioned it at orientation too but we had to RSVP by 8/1

That was hilarious. Plus I know some people going into the program who are JUST like that. I really enjoyed jumpstart, I thought it was really beneficial and I can't wait to get started. I stared outlining my chapters!!

I have Professor Wanda Lear for both lab and lecture/theory .

I had Wanda Lear first semester as well. I had Rosati for lab/clinicals. Ms. Lear is kind of a boring class teacher but she tells stories and is a nice lady. Ms. Rosati is soooooo sweet, if anyone has her. HAVE A GREAT FIRST DAY OF CLASS!!! :nurse:

I started reading both chapters due for the first class, kinda boring. I am nervous about how the test are set up, I just don't want to be shocked when it comes time to test!

Do you have any tips for outlining the chapters, on how to make this stuff stick?

chapter 2 is the most boring thing I have ever read in my life. It goes on forever. :banghead:

I just started it last night, and I feel like I am going nuts. I am trying to stay focused because I know all of this is on the test, but there has to be a better way, lol! I have been following the directions they gave us for reading the chapter four times, but that took me almost an entire day and I didn't take the notes!
