Anyone applying to MJC or San Joaquin Delta College?

I'm applying to MJC and Delta for Fall '10. Just wondering if anyone else out there is also applying? :)

I called last week and they told me Wed also for the uniform fitting and to call back on Tues to make sure. Hope this helps!

Uh oh, is it on Wed the 7th or Thurs the 8th? I have my physical on the 7th...

I emailed last week and they told me Thurs. 10-2. :icon_roll I wished they didn't wait til the last minute to notify us.

I just joined this site. I am also accepted in delta ADN program.

I am really confused about the hospital selection, I don't know which one to choose, Dameron, san joaquin, saint joseph or lodi memorial?

need help?

Hey Raj,

It really depends on the days you want to go to school and if you prefer a clinical site closer to where you live. For example, I live in Sacramento so I'm really hoping to get into Lodi Memorial. Also from the schedule it seems that regardless of your clinical site, we all have classes at Delta on Thursday and Friday. The clinicals at the hospitals are on Tuesday and Wednesday, and there is another lab class on Monday or Friday depending on your hospital.

This is from what I've seen on the schedule, it might change of course.

OMG... I can't register because I didn't take an assessment at Delta and it says I have prerequisite errors... I'm about to scream....

I just emailed the assessment center and they just directed me to the information on the website. GREAT HELP =/ I sent an email to registration support so I guess I'll wait for that response. Also sent one to the nursing department.

I really hope they can do something about this because it seems like you need to get an official transcript and then send an evaluation request to the Evaluations Office... and THEN it will take 3 weeks to evaluate. THREE WEEKS.... I can totally kiss Lodi Memorial goodbye... I will probably end up having clinicals at Manteca or something.=( I wish someone told us about this!!!

I just want to register ughhh why is this so hard???

Cobee- Good news! All you need to do is call the registration line- 209-476-7901 and they will register for you. I just did it!
