anyone applying to gsu spring 2012 my GPA is 3.4. Im retaking the teas i got a 76, i think, the first time. i asked before but not to many people responded, so im asking again:D.

I had a 3.84 GPA and a 79 individual TEAS score upon applying into the program. I really feel that my letters of recommendation and the quality of my essays must of helped my case significantly. Prior to receiving word about my acceptance in the program, I was quite worried about my TEAS scores. In addition, I also would want to note that I only took the TEAS once if that holds any consolation to the fact. I just can not express to everyone how much weight has been taken off my shoulders concerning my future studies. I am just very humbled and honored to have a potential chance at having a career in this field. Best wishes to everyone who is still waiting to hear word about GSU and any other nursing programs they may have applied to.

Question over here. I am still waiting for the letter as well, however my registration date for GSU's classes is today and the only thing i have to take is my nursing classes. For the people who got their acceptance letters already: do you guys have to go through some process in order to register for your nursing classes, or can you just register automatically? I tried calling the office, but the nursing advisor isn't in today :/

klyxn, when you get accepted, the nursing department has to make the registration open to you only AFTER you get accepted. Thats how it was for me last year. So at this point, you pretty much just have to wait it out. :uhoh21:

Registration for nursing classes, for those accepted into programs, is suppose to open up following PINS review completed online.
