Anyone Applying to Delta College for Spring 2011

With only 4 weeks until we can start applying, I thought that it would be nice to start a new thread so that we can all keep in touch, pass along information, and post our stats.

The sooner we hear, the better! I'm ready to make plans :)

Roxy, did you hear from Sac State? I know you applied at both. Just wondering what school is your first choice.

I haven't heard from Sac State yet. They're supposed to send out emails on or before Nov. 30th. I'm really hoping that they send them out before Thanksgiving break because I can't take this wait anymore lol. Sac state is my first choice since that is where I'm going to school right now, and I have everything set there like Financial Aid & it's closer to my house. If I don't get accepted then Delta is my only hope haha. I'll be happy with whatever school that accepts me, but I'm crossing my fingers for Sac State. I just hope I get in somewhere so I won't have to rely on the long waitlists & lottery system.

But yeah, that would be awesome if we hear from Delta sooner than Dec. 3rd! An acceptance letter would be a really great early Xmas gift :)!

10 days left!!!!! Although I keeping hoping & praying that they will give us something to be super thankful for this Thanksgiving!

I'm thankful tht I haven't recieved a rejection notice from Delta so far, lol. Happy Thanksgiving all!

Well....they got my heart a pounding fast today...:heartbeat, as I checked my email this afternoon, and received 1 new message from the health and science divsion...I was like okay this is it.... "NOT" They were answering my question about transcripts when we were all submitting our documentation. They apologized for taking so long to answer my question. And said "good luck in getting admitted to the program, you will be getting an email soon regarding that." They said it took so long because they were short handed and just hired someone to help. hahahaha! :uhoh3: So hang on everyone...hopefully not too much longer and we will get the answers we are waiting for! Only a few more days everyone!! I've been trying to stay busy so I'm not checking my email every 10 minutes but it's soo hard! I hope tomorrow's the day we all get great news :-)

I agree with you Kwade84, I've been checking my email every hour in hopes they wouldn't make us wait till December 3. I'm hoping the Email Santa is good to all of us, it would be nice to meet all of you. Good Luck.
