how was it? can you share your experiences? I heared there's a height requirement? Did they already pick applicants that are for training?

hi there just new here.. I passed the mental ability exam / IQ test last Dec 1... I'm still waiting for their txt message for the schedule of my initial interview. Actually I went there personally to follow up and to update my contact nos because the cellphone no that I wrote on my application was already been inactivated..(my sim got lost). I just read on some threads that someone has lost her contacts too. so better for u to just drop by in their office to update your contacts. I'm hoping that one of these days they'll gonna txt me for the sked of my interview and hope i could make it. tnx!!

hi there! are there any of u who passed the IQ exam last december? I passed the exam last december but yet no txt for my sked of initial interview.. i'll just wait.

until now they haven't texted me for the schedule of my first interview. i passed the exam last december. my friend who also had her exam last dec. 20 had her final interview last month!!!

I guess you should be following it up. Since there are some who took the initial exam and interview at the same day.

so ur saying u both took d exam last dec 20 but u werent txted yet by them? in my case Im just thinking that they txted me on my former cp no (which is now lost). I just hope we'll be able to be interviewed anytime this month.. good luck to us and to others!!!

I dont mean to cause alarm, but I thought it would be helpful to state some facts. Last week, a "reliable source" told me that they need 1000 nurses. 942 are already accepted, (700+ in training, 200+ undergoing medical exam). They will train approx 20 NSET batches - and they are at batch 18 already. I suggest that if it has been months since you have taken your initial exam/initial interview, dont wait for them to call. Keep following up regardless of what they tell you (e.g. to wait for their call). There is a mountain of resumes in their office and your resume could be the one at the very bottom. It would be good to let them know that you are still interested with St. Luke's and waiting for their call. Good luck.

^^

yeah i also took my exam last dec. 20 but unfortunately my phone was stolen last january. i called them to have my contact # changed. last february my friend texted me (she also took the exam last dec 20) telling me that SLMC already texted here for the sched of her initial interview. i was so frustrated that time so i went to SLMC hr office to personally to talk to them. unfortunately the guard just instructed me to write my new contact in a piece of paper and he'll just be the one who will give it to HR. then after a week of my friend's initial interview, SLMC texted my friend for her final interview! that time i knew that they will never text me.

eventhough she passed the interviews, my friend was saddened by the fact that SLMC told her that she will be only on 2nd priority because she is FAT. they told her that for them to consider her again, she should lose some weight. i think my friend is 160-170lbs and stands 5'6.

to brigz...,,, sorry to hear about that(ur friend).. when i went there personally in SLMC, the guard also told me that,,, but I insisted to talk personally to the HR.. so I went there,,, gave them my new contacts and then told me that they'll just txt me... until now there's no txt... I think I just have to call them later... good luck to us...

Could anyone PM me about the contact number for HR in SLMC-BGC in order for me to follow up my application? Thanks...

How come there are some who will take their initials exams by Monday?

i was one of those who took the initial assessment last Monday, April 6, 2009-holiday. I asked the one who messaged me (stephanie) if there really is an exam on that day since it is a holiday, and she said that even if it was a holiday, the exam will still push though. :)

word of advice, if you're planning on sending your resume thru the website, you better opt for the more personal approach...better go to cathedral heights in corporate attire and give your resume. it is better to be in a corporate attire since they might choose you to undergo initial assessment right there and then...we never know right? so better come prepared. their initial exam is an IQ test. best of luck and God bless! :)
