Hi, I was told by an acquaintance that interview invitations for spring 2011 BSN will handed out by september 20th.
THis does seem kind of early, but I haven't heard back from CSULB at all and so I was wondering when the interviews are. The CSULB lady has been very busy and hasn't gotten back to me.
Does anybody know if interview invitations have already been handed out for fall 2010 admissions?
Thanks!!!!
Aznbc105- yeah if I really wanna transfer, uc app starts in a week. But I wanna know the results beforehand.. And yes they only take very few students
I guess if I don't get a call back for interview I'm either in or not in the program. But if I get a call back for interview I know I better do well on that second interview lol whew!
Sandy90- wait you have an interview in nov. ?
maybe they're reconsidering some people for the 90 spots bcuz 1) didn't make it into the university or 2) are super seniors/ super super seniors. i'm guessing here.
they SHOULD let us know by november 1st... cuz it's not fair.. spring semester starts january 24th!!! that means we only have two months to get our vaccines, CPR certificate, titers, etc!! aya!
blah i don't know. i'm just saying if they told us november 1st, then they should stick to november 1st. but with the reinterviews n waiting for the VP's approval, i don't know when.
haha no worries at all aznbc105 :] i like the updates, except i think they do freak me out way too much. maybe it's me that should stop reading :/ i really hope they do tell us nov 1st, because yeah you're right we'd have no time. wasn't all of that stuff due (or most of it) at orientation? i know this orientation is decemeber 10th, which means like one month! that is so unfair haha, or they better give us longer. (or just tell us right now. i like that option).
For fall 2010, nursing dept emailed our acceptance letter within the stated waiting period. A hard copy arrived through mail about a week after that we had to mail back, stating whether we accept or reject the offer. We were "required" to complete certain immunizations / vaccinations before the orientation, but were given more time afterwards. If you're a transfer student like me, you're also required to attend the university orientation (SOAR).
