Any WSU applicants for Spring 2014?

Published

I'm applying to WSU CON for Spring '14, and just took the TEAS over the weekend. Just wondering if I have any other company here? :)

Your interview is 15 minutes after mine!!

@ Cassie

Did you apply to Yakima campus? I know that KK applied to Yakima. I just want to get to know everyone !

I have to drive 5+hour to Spokane, have to wake up around 3am :(

I applied to the Spokane campus. KKHappy and I both live on the west side of the state and will have to trek over to Spokane for our interviews also!

I don't know how to prepare for the interview. Do you have any suggestions?

I really need other recommendations beside relax and calm.

That's awesome! I'll see you there then!! I wonder how they went about scheduling...was it random or was it arranged by name? I always come up with such weird questions on how they select people haha. I'm guess I'm just nervous! I'm headed there Friday night though so I won't have to get up so early. That's one long drive for us!

I'm heading over on Friday night too! From what I've heard we pick an envelope out of a basket with our questions in it.

Way to go on getting your interviews guys. Good Luck! ;)

Wish I could meet some of you guys even though we're going to different campuses except I'll be in Spokane on Monday instead of Saturday like the rest of you.

I have a huge question! So the interview letter tells you to apply to WSU. I've done that, but my question is do we send our transcripts all over again?

Did you fill out the transfer student application? The transfer student info on the wsu website says they require transcripts to be sent in. Hmm. So maybe you do have to send them in again to the WSU admin office in Pullman?

That is awesome that all of us got interviews! So even though some of you guys applied to Yakima campus, you will have to go to Spokane to be interviewed? My friend is in the program and she said that they have about 70 possible questions that they might ask. @tienpham118 Hey Tien dont worry about english being your second language, my friend told me they had A LOT of diverse people and some of them didnt speak perfect english. I came to America when I was 14 years old so English is my second language too!

Yeah, I think that I would send transcripts as soon as possible just to be safe. I already applied to WSU and requested some transcripts online the other day. I hope that they will not take forever getting there! :/

It looks like all interviews take place on the Spokane campus. KKHappy, I would go ahead and order your transcripts to be sent to WSU so nothing potentially holds your application back from being put through. Butterflylove, in my experience, WSU is really quick about processing transcripts as soon as they get them! Tienpham, I also wouldn't worry about any language barriers! They interview so many diverse people that I am sure they're well prepared! I also heard there is a huge pool of potential questions from the expected ones like "why do you want to be a nurse?" to things like "what is your favorite subject?"
