I also applied. I emailed Anne Seed because my 50 dollar check hasnt cleared yet, and I was beginning to wonder if I remembered to include it! But she said that they haven't even opened the stacks of applications yet and there were 160. So, hope that gives you some comfort!

Do you have any idea when we are suppose to hear from them, and in what form? I have seen a lot of posts on here about people saying they got a call? Do they call, email, letter, etc? Does anybody know?

I also sent in my app for absn for sf and san mateo.

I also applied to ELMSN this month. I have been waiting for my check to clear for the 50 bucks, thinking maybe I forgot to include it! I emailed Anne Seed and she said they have not gone through the stack yet! She said there were 160 applicants....I also applied for the absn for sf and san mateo later this year and into jan.

Hopefully we all get in!!!

Do you know how many slots there are? Does the 160 include both CM and FNP? Yeah, good luck to us all!!! I wonder if they have even opened the envelopes?!!

I would guess that there were 160 applicants for the FNP track. And I think they interviewed about 40 last year.

Hi Marathongirl,

You mentioned they sent out confirmation e-mails to the ABSN applications. What type of e-mails? Confirmations of acceptance or just confirmation that the applications have been received? I am waiting to hear back for their SF location ABSN. Torture...

Hi Rianna - they sent out confirmation emails that they received the applications back in Nov. or Dec.-- to the absn applicants, for at least the Oakland location (don't know about the others). I did not apply but I mistakenly received their emails for some reasons. If you're really curious I could even find the email and see what it said.

I also applied to two junior colleges that have the lottery system. I am not holding my breath on those, but I applied anyways. I am also on Napa's wait list.

I never even got a confirmation email and I applied to the ABSN prog this past nov.

I know they received it though, they definitely cashed in my check.

Now i'm nervous.

Which schools in the area have lotteries? I just applied to Los Medanos - they have a lottery, I didn't know there were others. I am all for sticking my name in the hat. I am on Napa's list as well, and Solano's, too. Waiting on the decision from CSEB. Crazy we have to cover so many bases! Something has to give soon. When I am feeling especially discouraged I like to fantasize they will all over in at once.
