Any one going to Oklahoma University in San Diego and get clinical at SHARP.

Does anyone go to Oklahoma University partner with UC San Diego for any nursing program. You will do your clinical at SHARP. I am planning to apply for the BSN program there. There information at all is helpful. Thank you everyone.

i'm planning on applying too. i will be applying to their acc bsn program for people who already have a bachelors degree. the deadline for spring is 10/1. www.ounursing.com is their website and you can call them if you have anymore questions.

I've applied. Watch out for that online application. There are two sections you have to complete, one for nursing and one for the college, don't press submit after the first one. That's what I did and I had to print one out and mail it in to them anyway. Good luck!

We still don't have anyone who already went there huh. We need to see if they provide good education. We don't want to have to change school and loose all those money.

It's gonna be fun if we are in together.

They were only approved by the CA BON, in August 2007.

I'm very interested in this as well, at least learning more about current student's experiences. You might want to try posting this in the student section, rather than in the California one.

Heard from them yesterday. Decision emails will go out the first week of December, and there is a mandatory orientation 12/8 in SD. They sure are cutting it close :(

How much does their program cost? I contacted them thru their website to see if they do LVN-BSN but they don't. So they didn't say what the cost would be. I am just curious.

When I talked to them, they said it costs $32K for the 14 month absn.

I went to OU in Oklahoma. I can't imagine it being much different as our program was pretty much all online with clinical groups meeting at various facilities around the city. The only difference was we went in to do our tests. It is a very good school the tests were tough.

It was very fast paced. I had two small children so at times it was hard to fit it all in. I found I really just didn't have time for all the webcast online lectures as they really did not help me on the tests. I found I did better when I read and went over the power points.
