Any Miami Dade College students going for the acceler. or Generic option fall 2009?

I am currently at Miami Dade College fulfilling prerequisites in order to apply for the Nursing program that starts fall 2009. I'd like to be in touch with other career changers who after getting a bachelor's in a non-nursing field decided to pursue the program at Miami Dade College.

I got the information session invite by email last year on May 15, and the actual acceptance letter by May 29th in the mail, if that helps anyone.

Seems as though they are running pretty late this year at least 5 days late on that email. LOL I cant believe that with over 3.5's we cant get in or an invite but u never know there could be 1,000 (3.5's) I couldnt sleep last night. All I got was a post card this past weekend to an open house at the medical center campus. And that doesnt count !!! ::))

I got the post card, but I went to the open house last year. they explain to you all the different programs they have, they do games I got a barnes and noble gift card of $25.00 it was nice but full of people. Let's pray for the best:plsebeg: keep in touch.:[anb]:

Everyone is worried but I refuse to send myself crazy over something I can't control. All you can do is pray for the best!!! Hopefully we will all know something within the next week!!!

I called today and the girl claims it's gonna be end of JUNE beginning of JULY yeahhh right I think they told her to say that so that WE stop calling LOL
