Any LPN's in DE?

Published

I am hopfully starting a LPN program this fall (2009) and would love to hear from other LPN's in DE. The plan is to hopefully find a job, then work on my RN or BSN (I have a BS in another field). I really want to work in a hospital, but hear there are not many LPN positions there? Please share your experiences about work, schedules, and pay-very curious to hear what those close to me are actually making/doing! Thanks!

Are you upstate or downstate??? You have a much better chance of working in a hospital if you are downstate. I would definitely suggest getting into a hospital you are interested in working as a CNA or something similar. If you don't, it will be much harder to get in once you have your LPN.

I am downstate, so will keep my fingers crossed! Thanks for the advice!!
