Any College of Dupage nursing students out there? Or hopefuls?

I have been trying to find other COD nursing student hopefuls or current students anyone out there?

Thanks for the info td... Have been waiting for the new schedule! I am praying for all of us!

Just go to http://www.idph.state.il.us/nar/home.htm and click on "search the health care registry" and type in your name. Then there will be an icon you click on next to your eye color and it shows your competency results. I took the CNA state exam on Feb 12th, so they posted the results quick.

Td, thanks. I click on that and it never gets me to the site. Maybe it's my computer at home. My husband is an IT manager, and we have a server at home. Of course, he has it all supersecure so maybe the firewall is blocking it for some reason...I'll try at school.. Thanks, and again, Congrats!

I get a message saying "There is a problem with this website's security", but then I click on "continue to this website".

td-congrats!!

Did everyone take the CNA at COD? I guess if all else fails I can take it at an outside school. A friend of mine that's in the ADN program now had to do that.

Im taking at cod but if I decide not to do it in march. I might go to wcc. Much easier requirements.

RS, might go to wcc for nursing school or for CNA?

Thanks TD, I don't get that message, it just sits forever, then says it can't connect. I put a call into my IT guy (hubbie:) ) if he can't tell me what to do, I'll check at COD. Thanks for all the info!

For the CNA. They have the summer schedule and it's literally two minutes from my house.

I have tried wcc to much hassle to go there.

To All,

Since we are all here, I think we should all look at the summer schedules and see what fits our schedules and anticipate getting in and going for the same class if possible. I know it sounds dorksih but id be nice to meet and already have a common ground and know that we all want it and willing to work for it.

RS, I'm down if it works for our schedules :) are you looking to take day or evening class?

If I get into program or if I am on the alternative list I might try to take Nursing 1100 in March to get it over with. If I am eligible to take it in the summer, I think I would take ****** ****** in the evenings. I am going to ask my girlfriend who is already in the program what she knows about the instructors.
