I was wondering if any of you have alot of pvc's when anxious on the job. I have had all the tests done and its suppose to be normal. My problem is its hard to be working the floor when my heart is all over the place. What do you do when it happens.

I don't have PVCs very often as far as I know, so I don't do anything in particular. I do have stress while working, and for that I simply take the time when I'm feeling overwhelmed to calm and center myself, take a few deep breaths, relax my shoulders, and focus on one task at a time.

OMG.... ALL the time!! I thought I was a wierdo. I've even put myself on tele and yes, I'm throwing all kinds of PVCs. Sometimes I feel a little light headed from them...

I guess I don't handle anxiety well

Yeap!

When I get very stressed, I throw a ton of PVC's and can feel my heart skipping, which makes me more stressed, and I throw more.

I havent done it for over a year though, but I can feel it coming on now.

Im stressed...

Thank god someone else has these so i know im not crazy or it could me we both are lol. What is tele? They scare me to death even though i have all the tests you can have over and over again.

Mine got to the point that they put me on Verapamil and I've been fine since. I had to wear a 24 monitor to confirm the frequent PVC's. At one point I was registering 150 PVC's an hour
