Anxiety is building up for NCLEX RN this Saturday

Published

I am taking the NCLEX RN for the 4th time this Saturday. The last time I took it was in August of 2007. I'm so nervous. I haven't studied as much as I would've liked but I'm doing much better on the practice exams now mainly due to the fact that my current job isn't weighed on whether or not I pass. I'm also taking it at a different facility this time around. Maybe a change in scenery will be beneficial since in my prior exams I took them all at the same facility. I'm so anxious to the point where I feel as though I need to reschedule.

Good luck, would definitely take at least 24-48 hours no study before you sit the exam, give your brain chance to relax

Good Luck!! You can do this!

i know this is easier said than done...but you need to go into that testing center confident that you are going to pass!! tell yourself a hundred times a day that you will pass!! then on friday don't study! go get a massage, or a mani/pedi, just do something relaxing that will help with the anxiety.

good luck:redpinkhe

let us know how it goes

Friday I have to work until 5:30 which may be a good thing. Then I'll be staying at my parents house the night before to relax and get away from everything.

Best wishes :redpinkhe:redpinkhe:redpinkhe:redpinkhe
