Hi, this might sound stupid but I have seen lots of people wearing these clogs in the hospital and I would really love to get a pair and I was wondering if they can be found online and if anyone can help me. I will try to explain what they look like: they are like this clear plastic but they are not birki's or those other hard plastic clogs with a heel. They don't really have a heel and I have seen them in clear, pink, and even clear green on some people. Sorry again for asking, but I love these clogs!
Thx,
Teresa

My hospital policy wont let nurses on the floors wear the clog type shoes. They have a problem with them wearing them in surgery too although i think they do allow it. Check you facility before you buy.
I also would have to consider whether i would want even my hosiery clad feet exposed to the dirtiest place in the hospital. The floor. I would think it would be way to easy to just kick one off for a second. Any broken skin on your feet leaves you open.

Wow! Great site! Am I reading it correctly that those clogs are only $14.99?

Our hospital also has the same policy. Clogs are considered unsafe. You also have to think of the practicality. If you have to run to a crash, will clogs stay on your feet? Our feet have to be completely covered.
Good luck!

I have tried wearing clogs before and for me they are not comfortable. I once was running down the hallway and my foot slipped right out of the clog, so if you are gonna wear clogs wear ones with a strap!
My hospital allows clogs in white and navy blue. Although I have seen some OR personnel wearing clogs in other colors.

I with you...I tried wearing some Clogs that I purchased from Wal-mart they were like $30...so they should be comfortable right? Wrong I ended up taking them back and getting flats. the heel felt like you were standing on a brick. I think Someone need to develop a new line of Nsg Shoes becuz from what I have heard from fellow coworkers none are all the comfortable.
