Hello! I have been looking for a thread for ARC for Spring 2016 and have yet to see one so decided to start one myself! Anyone applying for ARC's ADN program for Spring 2016 that want to share any questions or concerns while we wait for acceptance letters? This is my 5th time applying and am really hoping this is my lucky semester!
Zcao, any change on your status? I am in the same boat as you are with no qualified status yet. I submitted my application through mail during 9/24 and my application shows received on 9/30 on eservices. Not really sure what applicant number I am to begin with!
Hi,cile
no changed.. Still received. I think all my courses are from outside of district. Take longer time to process. We will hear soon at end of month.
Thanks for your reply Zcao. My courses are also all out of district. Lets keep each other posted! Also, just checked my status today (10/21/15.7:09am) and my status still shows application received.
Hi cile,
Just got email, my status change to qualify. 8:27pm. Guess yours will come out soon!( I filed earlier than you!)
Well. this is weird. I've always got notifications through my email if there were any posts on this discussion and I did not receive an email for a very long time, so decided to log in and check. I open it and I see there is like 8 pages of posts already, so my heart started racing bc I though that people were already writing about their acceptance to the program, and I thought I didn't get in this time again. Thankfully, its not that time yet. But I think we will be hearing from them in few more weeks regarding acceptance. Good Luck to all of us, I pray about getting in this time.
So.... guess I am by myself....
Dont worry, you are not alone here. Imagine me, I took my courses in Florida at a community college, moved to Roseville (once I got married) and they would not accept my classes by saying that those classes are not qualified cause for some reason they were from lower division school!!!! SO I wasted another 3 year taking pre-requisites (since its so hard to get into BIO classes), had a baby (couldn't apply), and now waiting for the second year. To me it even sounds funny that I have been in school for over 7 year already and still waiting and actually have two more years to do after getting accepted. But I will not give up, Nursing is my passion, I can not wait to work as a nurse one day.
Hey everyone! I turned in my application on September 25th around 4pm and I was number 282! I'm still waiting for an "Application Qualified" status, but I am beginning to fear the worst. I re-took a class at a college outside of the district and didn't have my transcripts available when I submitted the application. I was told via email that once they received my application I would be notified and given 5 days to submit transcripts, yet I haven't received any correspondence from the nursing department. A friend of mine had his status changed to qualified yesterday, so I keep checking in hopes of a change. Anyways, best of luck to you all! :)

Wow, everyone has a story...
My question about qualified is " Once your status change to qualified, does mean The points you submit, they are accepted?" or, is that possible, they did adjust your points, but you still made qualify?
