   There is something called the titers test where a blood sample is drawn from you and tested to detect the amount of antibodies in your body to determine whether or not you are immune from certain diseases. Hope this helps!

   Thanks for your reply Zcao. My courses are also all out of district. Lets keep each other posted! Also, just checked my status today (10/21/15.7:09am) and my status still shows application received.

   Zcao, any change on your status? I am in the same boat as you are with no qualified status yet. I submitted my application through mail during 9/24 and my application shows received on 9/30 on eservices. Not really sure what applicant number I am to ...
