Starting a thread for people applying for Spring 2015 at Alvin Community College. Also wondering if anyone knows what counts as proof for Hepatitis B immunity?

Futureod101, have you taken classes at Alvin before? If so, any advice on the teaching styles and instructors? Also, if you don't mind me asking how are your scores (GPA & Hesi)

No classes yet , just applied for nursing school there. GPA is 3.0 and Hesi is 81% , what about y'all?

Yay! Finally received my email as well this morning saying my applications is completed! I think by next week we should know about our acceptance :)

I wonder how many people applied and actually met all of the qualifications? It kind of sucks to be in the dark on this whole process but hopefully we can get an answer by next week! I would have loved to get some insight on any nursing applicants who have already taken classes at Alvin CC and how were they, how are the instructors...were they hands on, etc.
