Alverno College Direct Entry into Nursing (DEMSN) 2022 Arizona

Hello!

Has anyone applied to the Mesa location DEMSN program with Alverno? Looks like a brand new program in AZ. I'm currently waiting to see if I got accepted, but wanted to see if anyone else has already gone through the process, learned of where clinical rotations in the program could be at, etc.

I've been accepted to a different school, however Alverno is my top choice; I'm just curious if anyone is still waiting?

@ACnursing, I have now officially applied, but for the Spring 2023 cohort. I have not heard anything yet, but I only just applied last Friday.

I want to say two weeks after I submitted my app 

my undergrad GPA 3.65 science GPA 3.8 worked in a clinical environment

Was It 2 weeks after the official transcripts and resume were received ? Or during the process ?  I applied too last week and I am still not sure what determines an acceptance

They are still waiting for one of my transcripts that's coming by mail (can't believe that school didn't have a digital option). I was told by the enrollment rep that they cannot move along the application process until everything is received.

I just wanted to update everyone on the NCLEX rates from 2021 for Alverno since we were discussing it! It was 87.01%

For the people that got accepted, for the my application section did the letters turn blue for you guys once everything was complete?

Hi I am also very interested in this program, I am just concerned on the work load and would really like to hear from current students. What have ya'll heard so far about the program?
