Any of you ordered from Allheart before? I am thinking of placing an order with them and need some feedback...

I have ordered from them and I have been happy withe their service-other than the shipping. What bothers me, however, is the constant bombardment of emails after.

I was considering ordering from them, but I found the same exact scrubs and sets on Amazon, and it was about $30 cheaper ordering two scrub sets from Amazon, especially if you have Prime and get free shipping. So I ordered there instead.

For me, it was a nightmare the two times I placed an order. It took forever for shipping! One time it was "due to the weather" which was changed to "due to being out of stock" despite the items showing up as in stock when I ordered and continued to show up as in stock for 2 more weeks before finally showing up as back ordered. They didn't even send me a courtesy email saying "hey your items are back ordered!" The 2nd time was the same deal.

I personally will order from scrubs and beyond and other places before I will go back to them.

I ordered my stethoscope from there and it came with a free kit (extra earbuds and a thing to engrave your name). Cost was cheaper then ordering at the manufacturers site or through local supply stores including shipping cost.

I have been very happy with allheart. They are great about taking returns. Their prices are pretty great, especially if you hit a sale or buy clearance merchandise. It works out better if you are putting in a large enough order to get free shipping, but they run free shipping specials from time to time (mostly holiday weekends, from what I've seen.)

I had half my order back ordered with them. They sent the rest and it was a slightly different color, which drives me nuts. I want my navy to match top and bottom!

I used a gift certificate that should have covered all but $15. The gift certificate says quite clearly that the gift certificate would be applied first and the remaining balance would be applied to my secondary payment method. That did not happen. When I called to ask why the full balance was charged to my credit card, the woman said that's not how it works. As soon as you put in a credit card number, THAT becomes the first payment method used. I got a supervisor and she said she'd fix it. It took 2 weeks, but it was fixed.

And yes, shipping was slloooowwww.

Now I get emails almost daily from them saying the scrubs I paid full price for have been on sale almost every day since. Gee. Thanks. I get the same emails from Uniform Advantage as well but had a better ordering experience with them by far.

No probs. One order and I had to return a few things they were prompt. Usually go with Marcus Uniforms, though.
