so here i am exactly a year later from taking lpn boards feeling 20 times worse! i took nclex rn yesterday after completing a lpn to rn bridge program. i sit down at the computer with sweaty palms an a ulcer! throughout the test i didn't think the questions where hard. when i got to 74 i prayed that the computer would not shut off because i didn't feel as if i was able to show my true potential and competence as a nurse, and what happened? it shut off! i know that there is absolutely no way i passed, the questions where too easy i just didn't know the answer and felt as if i should of known it. after pn boards i felt 50/50 i didn't rule out passing. but right now i feel that there is no hope because the questions where to easy. everyone tells me that if the questions are hard that's a good sign. i didn't think the questions where hard, i felt as if i should have known the answer but just didn't know it. i could always narrow it down to two answers. i have read post all day yesterday and have seen many on low level vs high level but i wasn't able to find a clear answer. i had a lot of priority, staffing, delegation, tons of infectious control, and 10 sata, and alot of pharm. i am also concerned because people have told me "there where drugs on there i had never heard of" well i had heard of every drug i just didn't know the answer does this mean this is a low level question or maybe because i was already an lpn i was more conscience about the drug name? i knew what the drug was and what it was commonly used for but the side effects that i looked for where not an option!! any advise? just an encouraging word?

Hang in there, everyone doubts themselves when they finish and even want more questions when it stops as they don't feel they answered enough. Best thing to do is distract yourself whilst waiting. Good luck
i guess my program was just held to a very high standard and i thought i wasn't getting high level questions because...... :yeah:i passed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
