Greetings everyone i have a situation. I recently took my nclex but failed but prior to taking the nclex i applied to a couple jobs and guess what ? After the fact i failed my nclex i got a call for a job interview. I went to the interview and was called in for a 2nd but after two interviews the manager never mentioned anything abt the license just my certificate and they also know that i am new grad. I was introduced to the staff members and i am getting the vibe that i may get hired. i am soooooooooo scared. What should i do ?
I think you can work as an aide.
As long as you passed the proctor exam. I never took it! My school required that we "successfully complete the CNA class" b/4 we could apply to nursing school. I did not spend $200 on an exam that I knew I would never use...
Where I did one of my clinicals, they had a BSN graduate new hire. They hired her as a GN in surgery. She failed her NCLEX at least once, so they were training her as a surgical tech.

Sounds exactly like how it was in PA when I was a GN/new RN
