Well the paperwork and interview are finished and I'm just waiting to see if I get in. Just wanted to start this thread for others in the Nov 2011 boards and see who the competition is. ;) Good luck to everyone.

Oh, a quick rundown on me. I'm 33 with 2 years ICU, ER, and Supervisor experience graduating with my BSN in May 2012. I'm seeking anykind of commissioning but hopefully a flight or ICU position. I'm an active individual so not really worried about the PT, just ready to get going serving my country.

Congrats everyone, going to COT in January......crazy! Who else is going? I cannot believe it is so soon. I will be at Travis in CA. Has anyone heard about that base?

Hello everyone, I made it too! Got my first choice (Andrews) and I leave Jan 9. When this all hits me tomorrow I will have my panic attack then (or poop a brick!) . I really never thought I would leave in January (if I got accepted)! 5 weeks to get in shape! Good thing I have been running.

Congrats everyone, going to COT in January......crazy! Who else is going? I cannot believe it is so soon. I will be at Travis in CA. Has anyone heard about that base?

I'm sooooo happy for everyone!!! I'm still awaiting my COT date:) Oh well!!! Now that I know I've been selected I can relax a little. I've been working on my running (down to 2 miles in 16:40) SAD:( and push-ups (only up to 10). I need this extra time to improve my fitness.

Just received my official acceptance letter!!! Going to cot in February and stationed in Okinawa Japan:). I'm a little scared and nervous but also excited at the same time.

Congrats!!! I was never stationed there, but I have visited Okinawa many times and I think it is wonderful! I hope you enjoy it too.

I was stationed at Travis. It is a great place. There is so much to do and see. The weather is wonderful (most of the time). Congrats!

Thank you for the well wishes. I'm what many would call a Control Freak!!! LOL. So I'm a little anxious about this unknown process from COT, to uniforms, to TMO, to taking my kids out of school during the middle of the school year and moving clear across the world. I'm trying to keep my nerves under wraps, but I must confess THEY ARE GETTING THE BEST OF ME!!!!
