AF COT 08/23/2010 Anyone Else out there?

Hey All,

I will be going to COT on 08/23/2010. Are there any other people going to be there at the same time? I know that I am very early in posting this but I'd rather be months early than 1 minute late. :D I would just like to get to know someone in advance if possible.

If you go to the COT website all of the class dates are there. They do not have COT from November-January because of the holidays. Good luck. Have you completed your RN already? Or are you waiting to complete school and take NCLEX?

I will be graduating this coming May and will be taking my NCLEX soon after. I currently live and go to school in Virginia and my parents are living in California right now. I'm very family-oriented and am debating on when I should move back there to be with them before I start my career as an AF nurse. I just wish I knew my date!

Haha. Patience is a virtue. :-P I'm extremely thankful that I got selected! But I'm itching to start or at least know so I can plan accordingly :-)

Can totally feel your pain Bella! I have been waiting for any response from my packet that went in in back in October. I just got my acceptance yesterday! So now it is real, and I can't believe it. I'm a planner too, it's hard not knowing.

Passed my exit exam...53 day left till graduation, i can finnally see the light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!!! yay then off to COT in Aug!!! i am super excited to meet everyone :D.

Ah ha...there are others going in august. Well I'm up early getting ready for pilates and a 2 mile run. I'm so refreshed now that it is summer and the beautiful sun wakes me up!

I got my letter of acceptance yesterday and I will be in Aug Cot. I am so excited and really must says thank to those who wrote encouraging words on this forum during my wait.

Nobody's going to Keesler for NTP or first duty station?

Anybody going to COT in October 2010 to Maxwell? Is anyone going to Lackland/BAMC for the first duty station? I will be Med-Surg with the USAF! Can't wait as usual!
