Please feel free to post here the date when your I-140 petitions were filed and are handled by this Service Center.

Hopefully, this thread would serve as a tracker or updater on how long I-140 petitions are being approved by this Service Center.

Thank you.

hi!its the same as yours. im under skilled worker category..i also feel so frustrated being processed in nebraska..wait, if your pd is march then why you still didnt get an approval? does this event really happens? anyway, best of luck to you and i hope you can get it anytime soon! God Bless

you see.. the january processing time frame previously stated they were processing april 23, 2007 then 3 days after the moved it back to january 22, 2007...

Yes, this happens all the time. This why it is better that we have a separate tracker just like in this thread as the dates that USCIS reports moves back and forth all the time. It may even post a date but has an approval 1-2 months ahead of the date published (mostly in Texas SC - see our Texas SC tracker), unfortunately the opposite is true for Nebraska.
