you are right ms Suzanne I have years of experience 17 to be exact and most of my friends in the US have that much to. It is realy not right to do nursing just to go to the US. The girls that have gone, this was never their intention in nursing school either and some went through family petitions.I had no intention of leaving either untill one of my friends encouraged me to move on, I could work and study and my kids could have good educational opportunities.After all that I am hearing now, I am looking into the possibility of cancelling the petition. There is no place like home.

while I understand every thing that ms Suzanne says, I must say that from other sources there is a definite shortage of nurses in the US. and oversea trained nurses have contributed allot to American health care. Nurses trained in my part of the world are highly skilled and those I know that are presently working in the US, for eg apetition was made to retain one of them who was planning on leaving her hospital. so dont feel bad American nu rse. we are not trying to take your job we are just good nurses.

I140 filed August 20 2006 PD date August 21 2006 according to my lawers there was no request made for further evidence. Nabraska service center needs to step up.

does any one know the number for nabrasca service center?

I would like to know if any one is going through the same problems that I am going through. my case has been filed at Nabraska, my PD date is August 20 2006 they are now completing cases with PD dates October 2006 and know word yet on my case.I contacted my lawerbut he could not give any answer. I understand the rtrogression has nothing to do with cases being approvedby USCIS.Is any one out there going through the same problem? can any one tell me how to contact Nabraska by phone or email? thanks for any help.
