advice needed: nursing diagnosis.

I need some help. My patient is teenager who ran away from a group home. He/She was then involved in sex trafficking for 2 weeks. He/she then ran away again from group home again and was found living with a group of older men. He/she was abandoned and knows they are a product of rape. I am unsure of a nursing diagnosis, but most importantly I am unsure how to best help my patient.
