Acceptance letters????

Has anyone recieved one???? Ive applied to U of P and a few others but the wait is killing me!!!!! I recieved a letter RE: providence scholarship Interview and i was lucky to recieve one!! but i havent heard from U of P yet

so just wondering about others, let me know and GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I emailed U of P and asked where I was on the waitlist...... #68 HA! Looks like that school's out. Wow. How many people do they have on their waitlist for heaven's sake?! It seems absurd to have that many people on a waitlist!

I'm number 63 and they said there are over 300 on the waitlist and then there are still those who get rejected :) So not bad I guess!

My letter came in the mail yesterday, but I was on a trip out of town!! I got in for the Spring 2011 nursing cohort, anyone else starting then? I'm waiting for 2 other university decisions (one WA and one CA), but UP is my first choice.

is everyone that is getting acceptance given a spring 2011 start date?? hold on to the waiting list numbers i haven't found away to afford up, where gi bill pays almost all of ohsu, waiting till may?

I applied to OHSU's Accelerated BSN and PCC's program. OHSU is my first choice... I know we're not supposed to find out until late March/early April, but I am pulling my hair out waiting!

GVTA - Congrats to you too!! Yes, I am a transfer student as well. I ask, because I am curious what criteria they used to separate us into two different cohorts, because I start in the Spring. I think its because I am not done with my pre-reqs till the end of Spring term, whereas many other applicants applied with their pre-reqs done. Who knows!! I am just happy we are in!!! =)

If I decide on UP, I am going to ask if I can start in the Fall.

Sakara- I dont think thats how they are dividing the students i say that only because I am a transfer, and still have a couple of classes im finishing in the spring, so im in the same boat as you as far as that goes. To be honest i think its random. but i have no idea

I actually called UP today to find out what was going on and was told that I didn't get in. She said that the letter would be resent to me but I told her not to worry about resending it. LOL! I applied at a few different schools so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I hate the fact that UP goes strictly by your grade point. Good luck to you ladies! You should get your letters really soon!
