Acceptance letters????

Has anyone recieved one???? Ive applied to U of P and a few others but the wait is killing me!!!!! I recieved a letter RE: providence scholarship Interview and i was lucky to recieve one!! but i havent heard from U of P yet

so just wondering about others, let me know and GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Hi Everyone!

I too have been going crazy waiting to find out if I got accepted to a school. Me and my roomate both applied to UP and OHSU. She received her acceptance letter today from UP so they have started to arrive. I did not receive one so I am hoping it's not because I didn't get accepted but because my will come tomorrow??? Fingers crossed!

I have heard that OHSU sends out their letters anywhere from April to the end of May. I have no idea what is right. I applied to the Accelerated BSN at OHSU.

I was just wondering if you received and email from Linda Cannard stating that your application was complete and that I it had been transferred over to the School of Nursing? I am just kinda worried about the whole Dean's report thing now. Sorry to hear your news:(.

I have had issues with PCC before. My issue made it so that I couldn't apply there last year. Sorry that you didnt make it this year. Hopefully your other schools will send their letters soon!

What was the Dean's report? I feel like the longer I wait for this letter to come the more discouraged I begin to feel. Now I am worrying that I forgot to include something. Hopefully it will end this week!

Hi Deasiac,

The Dean's report was something that need to be included in the application from what I understand. It is meant to be filled out by the Dean's office stating that you are in good standing with the school you are currently attending. I think the Dean's report had to be postmarked by Jan. 15th. I hope that helps and hope that this waiting ends soon!!! Good Luck to you!!!:)

no i did not. i'm not sure if my thinking is right, but I think those who got the providence interview will most likely get accepted. i don't think they'd interview those who would not be in the program o_o; good luck to you!

i actually never got that e-mail :/ i guess i should of realized it wasn't complete when i didn't get a confirmation e-mail. good luck to you though!

I got my letter and it was a no so hopefully one of my other schools pan out. Good luck to the rest of you but it seems like if you got an interview you got in!

Just got my letter from UP and I am in!

I wonder when we will start hearing from other schools... U of P is my first choice, I hope someone on here is accepted so we can be study buddies! Keep checking the mail!

Congratulations SmASHthis! Just out of curiosity, can you (and everyone else who got in) give a little information to the rest of us so everyone can know what to expect when they apply? (for those that didn't this year and are preparing for next year.)

What is/was your cumulative and pre-requisite GPA? Are you finished with your pre-requisites? Do you have medical experience or anything in particular that you think set you apart from the rest?

I found the UP application a bit different from the rest of the programs since it just had general questions and no essay.
