@renadadMine still says "ready for review" as well. I hope I did everything correctly! It made me nervous that there wasn't a final "submit" button, or a way to double check which files were uploaded after everything was done...

@rosaleedee i inquired and got this response... The priority deadline for the Spring 2020 cohort was May 1st, we ask that you would allow faculty at least 6-8 weeks to review applications. You will receive an email from the project coordinator regarding next steps.

so they just havent gotten to us yet...

No, I wouldn't worry. We aren't due to find out until the end of June!

Does anyone have any updates? My application was submitted on the last possible day and my status has been "under faculty review" for around 2 weeks now. I am 100% anticipating a rejection but I'm anxious to hear back nonetheless.

Pretty positive we won't hear for another month, at the end of June. I'm right with you in the "almost definitely paid $50 for an easy rejection" club, lol

This makes me so uneasy, I submitted mine on the first possible day and it still reads "ready for review" meaning they arnt even looking at it yet. Am I tossed in the "do not even consider" pile. Man, so if anyone else is in the same boat as I, we can all be on pins and needles together... let me hear you my "ready for review" peoples!!! I need to know I am not alone...

Hiii @renadad! I am right there with you in the "ready for review club" and the anxiety is too real - this program is my top choice. I have no idea what is going on, but I wouldn't assume we are in the "do not consider" pile. I am hopeful they are just taking their time on every single application they receive and ours will transition to "under faculty review" soon enough ?

Sorry I meant to say I was under "ready for review" until today. It now says Faculty review. Maybe they're going under alphabetical order? My last name starts with an "S".

@renadad I'm still "ready for review" as well! I don't think we were tossed in a "do not consider" bin, my guess is that they simply haven't looked at them yet. If it's any consolation at all, I reviewed my stats with the admissions counselor before I applied and he seemed genuinely enthusiastic about my application. While that certainly doesn't mean that I'll be accepted, it does seem reasonable that my application will at least be considered. That's what I'm telling myself at least ^^. Try not to stress out too much, we got this <3.

I've heard they're pretty holistic in their review process, I would probably bet they don't even have a "do not even consider" pile! You got this, try not to stress too much!!! I'm sure they're just taking their time and looking at each application in depth and giving all applications ample time to be considered!
