It sounds like you dont want to keep it. Do you really feel confidant enough in A&P to sell it back? If you do, then go ahead. I am just starting my program next week and got an A in both A&P 1 and 2 as well but there is so much information covered in that book there is no way Im getting rid of mine.
I would sell it! The odds are the book will get you a decent amount back and you already did so well in A&P ... my thought on A&P is that it either comes easy to you or it doesn't, clearly it comes to you so I wouldn't worry too much. Plus your patho book will have a refresher (as well many of you nursing school textbooks). If you ever get really stuck you can use other students, the library, or the internet as resources!

I'm an adult student returning to take my prereqs for Nursing. I have a BA and an MBA, and my MO after every semester has always been to sell back my books.
I'm planning on taking the HESI A2 in the upcoming Spring semester (it is the required test for my school's Nursing program). We are required to take the: Math, A&P, Grammar, Reading Comprehension and Vocab sections.
To study I have:
Anatomy & Physiology - Made Easy!
Barron's Nursing School Entrance Exams
McGraw Hill's Nursing Entrance Exams
Evolve Reach Admission Assessment Exam Review (published by HESI)
I got an A in both A&P I & II. I also still have access to the student textbook study site.
That was the background, here are my questions:
Should I keep my textbook, or would I be ok with the above review books?
How necessary is an A&P textbook after actually becoming a nurse?
PLEASE let me know! Thank you in advance!
