There are numerous amounts of notes on Google too. Type in "anatomy and physiology lecture notes" and you will find tons. Professors post PPTs, students post docs, etc. I find tons of notes for nursing school that way too. Saves me the trouble of taking notes in class. I just build on top of others... Let's face it. All of the concepts are relatively the same for every program.
