I am currently taking A&p2 and hoping to get an A but my A&p 1 was only A-, will I'll be able to get into nursing program with a 3.5 GPA?

All schools have different GPA requirements. But they also look at other things besides your GPA. Lots of ways to improve your application package. TEAS scores, volunteer service, essay (if one is required), recommendation letter from one of your professors. Your GPA seems pretty good to me.

All schools have different requirements and cut-off point and also varying rates of acceptance. I got into my ABSN program in the NY tri-state area with a B+ in both AP 1 & 2 and a GPA of over 3.65. You should be fine or competitive at the least. It depends on the applicant pool and also where the school is located.

Same here. An "A" at my school is the same whether 100% or 90%

It depends on the program you're applying to. I know for the university I'm applying to they really take into consideration the entire application: essay, overall GPA, pre req GPA, TEAS score, resume, etc.
Ask them!
I got in into nursing school!
