How long must school health office records be kept for students? This does not include immunization records.

I'm not sure they would hold up unless stored properly, which how and with what space?
I think everything gets archived in a place called iron mountain. I know schools keep the records for a looong time before they are sent out because not too long ago I needed a copy of my graduation cert and immunizations from way back in the early 80's and my old HS had it within a day. I was also able to get a copy of hand written immunizations from my elementary school in the early 70's.

Iron Mountain sounds like what we use, but we tell kids when they leave that if they want those records they better request them because they don't get archived forever (I thought it was a year form the date of graduation but I could be wrong on that).

Interestingly enough, I can still pull a vaccine record out of Skyward for a graduate. We've been using Skyward for six years and about once a year I have to pull a record from years gone by. I don't know how long this will last.

I don't remember if it's 2 years for us or 7 years. (Texas)

In New Jersey it's 100 years.
In Illinois it is 50.
