We have one where I work that is used for intubation. We call him Fred the head.
Side note: a hospital I used to work at had a lady that was in charge of all the CPR manikins and had names for each one. The story was she could recognize each one w/o turning them over to look at their back...

hey everyone,
My nursing school just got a new manikin and we get to come up with names for the faculty to choose. I have only come with one name and it's kind of corny! Adrena line- like adrenaline because that is really what gets me through every thing we do!
any creative ideas?
