Hi all! First, let me say I hope that your new year is off to a great start! It has been busy and pretty hectic around here :)

I normally do a hands-on training with checklist, for my faculty and staff, where Epipens are concerned. My superintendent would like to be able to offer some sort of online training too. I haven't used anything like this before. I am searching for quality programs now but wanted to see if your schools offer this? If so, what do you use?

The hands on portion takes place at a faculty meeting, the on line portion was developed by our State school nurse consultant and was originally found on our State dpi website. Our district IT people linked the video to our SafeSchools programming (for easy access and tracking since all staff view other items via Safe Schools). Pretty soon the State school nurse consultant will have to update the video since we're seeing Auvi-Q now as well.

Did you try the manufacturer? I know they will give you trainer pens for free

I like this site as well and am in the process of discussing online training for staff, as this year, there seems to be not enough time available to me to give hands-on training.
